From Tema to Ghana-wide.
AGC PreCast Solutions was founded in Tema Industrial Area with a single objective: to give Ghana's construction industry access to engineered precast concrete elements manufactured to the same standards demanded by international projects.
Over 25 years, we have grown from a regional supplier into Ghana's leading precast concrete manufacturer -- supplying structural and drainage elements to port expansions, highway interchanges, housing estates, and industrial parks across the country.
We remain headquartered at our Tema facility, where 100% of production takes place under strict quality management controls certified to ISO 9001:2015.

2004
ISO 9001:2000 certification achieved. Production capacity doubles with new casting bays.
2008
First major infrastructure contract: Tema Port expansion precast drainage elements.
2012
Expanded product line to include hollow core slabs and prestressed beams. New 5,000m2 production floor commissioned.
2016
ISO 14001 Environmental Management System certified. Automated batching plant installed.
2019
Landmark 20th anniversary. Cumulative output exceeds 50,000 precast elements across Ghana.
2022
Supplied elements for Ghana's largest social housing programme (5,000 units in Asokore Mampong).
2024

Our Tema facility operates across a dedicated casting yard and covered production floor, equipped with modern steel formwork, overhead cranes, and a centralised batching plant.
All curing takes place under monitored conditions. Every element is tagged and tracked through production, QC inspection, and dispatch -- providing full traceability for our clients.
