Ordering & Quotes

How do I get a quote?
Fill out our online quote form (link in the navigation) or call +233 30 300 0000. Our engineering team responds within one business day with a detailed breakdown covering unit rates, tolerances, and lead time.
What is the minimum order quantity?
We work with both small and large orders. For standard elements like columns and beams, minimum orders are typically 10 units. For drainage items, minimums start at 20 units. Contact us to discuss your specific project scope.
How long does a quote take to prepare?
Standard quotes are issued within 24 hours. Complex custom elements may require 2 to 3 business days to allow for structural review and mix design confirmation.
Do you offer volume discounts?
Yes. Discounts are available for orders over 50 units or for full project supply contracts. Ask your sales representative for details when submitting your quote request.
Can I supply my own reinforcement schedule?
Yes. We manufacture to your structural engineer's approved shop drawings. Send the drawings and rebar schedules with your quote request and our team will price accordingly.

Production & Lead Times

What is the typical lead time from confirmed order to delivery?
Standard elements take 2 to 4 weeks from confirmed order and deposit payment. Custom designed elements may take 4 to 8 weeks depending on complexity, reinforcement schedules, and current factory loading.
Can you accommodate urgent orders?
In some cases, yes. Rush production is subject to current factory capacity and may carry a production premium. Call us as early as possible so we can assess feasibility before your programme is committed.
Do you hold stock of common elements?
We maintain buffer stock of common column sections (200x200, 250x250, 300x300), standard U-drain channels, and box culverts. Contact us to check current availability before committing to a programme date.
What happens if my site is not ready for delivery?
We can hold elements in our yard for up to two weeks at no charge after the confirmed delivery date. Extended storage beyond that period is subject to a yard storage fee agreed at the time of order.

Delivery & Installation

What areas do you deliver to?
We deliver to any construction site in Ghana. Our primary service regions are Greater Accra, Ashanti, and Eastern Region. Deliveries to Northern, Volta, and Western regions can be arranged with additional transport lead time.
Do you provide installation or erection services?
We supply elements only. Our technical team provides installation guidance documentation and lifting schedules with every delivery. On request, we can recommend vetted certified erection contractors who are familiar with AGC PreCast products.
What lifting equipment is needed on site?
Requirements vary by element size and weight. A lifting schedule specifying minimum crane capacity, lift radius, and rigging point locations is provided with every delivery. Share the schedule with your crane operator before the delivery arrives.
How are elements protected during transport?
All elements are transported on purpose-built low-loader trailers with certified lifting chains and rubber packers. Fragile face finishes (architectural panels) are wrapped in foam and geotextile protection before loading.

Technical & Quality

What concrete grades do you manufacture?
We produce elements in C30, C35, C40, C45, and C50 grades depending on the element type and project specification. Prestressed hollow core slabs and beams are produced at C40 minimum.
Are your products certified?
Yes. AGC PreCast holds ISO 9001:2015 (Quality Management) and ISO 14001:2015 (Environmental Management) certification. All structural elements are manufactured and tested to BS 8110 and Eurocode 2 (EN 1992). Test certificates are available on request.
Can you manufacture to our structural engineer's drawings?
Absolutely. We fabricate bespoke elements from any set of approved shop drawings. Send your drawings and specifications to our technical team and we will issue a detailed quote within 2 to 3 business days.
What dimensional tolerances do your elements come in?
We manufacture to BS EN 13369 dimensional tolerances: typically plus or minus 5mm on length and plus or minus 3mm on cross-section for standard elements. Tighter tolerances can be agreed for architectural or precision applications.
Do you provide test certificates with deliveries?
Yes. Standard deliveries include a Delivery Inspection Certificate listing batch numbers, concrete grade, date of pour, and 28-day cube strength results. Full third-party structural load test reports are available on request for critical structural elements.
