Lead structural design reviews, shop drawing approvals, and technical coordination for precast systems. You will work closely with project teams to turn design intent into manufacturable, buildable concrete elements.

Oversee daily casting schedules, labour coordination, and mould readiness across the production floor. This role keeps output, quality, and safety aligned to programme targets.

Inspect incoming materials, production batches, and finished elements against internal quality standards. You will document results clearly and support corrective actions when tolerances are not met.

Maintain mixers, batching systems, lifting equipment, and plant machinery to minimize downtime. The role requires strong fault-finding skills and a disciplined preventive maintenance mindset.

Prepare detailed production drawings and reinforcement layouts for precast components. You will support the engineering team with accurate documentation for factory execution and site coordination.

Drive site and factory safety compliance through inspections, toolbox talks, and incident follow-up. This role helps embed a strong reporting culture and consistent safe work practices.

Prepare quotations, track client enquiries, and support the commercial team with pricing and follow-up. You will bridge technical requirements and customer communication with speed and accuracy.

Support invoicing, reconciliations, payroll inputs, and financial reporting across the business. We need someone organised, detail-oriented, and comfortable working in a fast-moving industrial environment.
